Due to the nature of the products (individually
custom made), we do not offer returns but rather exchange
only. Exchanges are only accepted if an item’s workmanship
is found defective. All items are carefully checked for
manufacturer’s defects, before leaving our warehouse.
All items must be returned in its original packaging and
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Defective Items must be returned with a proof of purchase
within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returns must
indicate on shipping documents and on the exterior package
“Canadian damaged goods returned for repair or exchange”
or package will be rejected.

Returns should be sent by UPS or insured Parcel Post
for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please
include your online purchase receipt with all returns.
We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
On shipping documents please "Canadian damaged
goods returned for repair or exchange” or package
will be rejected".
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier,
save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately
at clientcare@timelessgifts.com.
The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package
and the damaged items will be replaced.
