What it the currency for the items?
All prices are in U.S dollars.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by all Major Credit card (VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB)
via our secure online store (using 2checkout.com), Pay
Pal, or you can fax your order with all pertinent credit
information.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order may be shipped from our distribution center
in Buffalo New York or form our distribution center
in Toronto Canada.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in a plain cardboard with
UPS, USPS or Canada Post parcel box unless you choose
to add our distinctive gift-wrapping (will be available
soon). Nothing on the box will indicate the nature of
the contents of the package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to the fact that all of our offerings are individually
handmade we may not have all of the items shown in stock
at all times as they sell fast on a first come basis.
Our shipping time depends if you ordered from our Gift
or Jewelry collections.
- If you ordered from our Gifts collection it will
be shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 days of confirming
your order and receiving payment.
- If you ordered from our jewelry collection it will
be shipped from our warehouse within 7-14 days of
confirming your order and receiving payment.
- If you ordered both gifts and jewelry it will be
shipped within 7-14, unless you specify differently
in the comment section of the checkout.
You may track your order online from the time you receive
an email notifying you that the package has left our
warehouse. We are not responsible for mail/courier delays
during peak seasons.
How much will shipping cost?
Regular shipping and handling costs (ground
UPS, USPS, Canada Post, etc.) for most places in North
America is $13 flat!
For international orders (most locations) shipping will
be $25-$50, depending on the size and weight of the
gifts ordered.
*We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders
if we suspect fraudulent or untraceable shipping information.
Who do you use for shipping?
We currently ship our products in most cases using UPS,
US Postal and Canada Post.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by Major Credit card (Visa and Master card)
via our secure online store or Pay Pal.
How will I be billed?
Your invoice will be billed by Timeless Gifts. All orders
are in US dollars.
Can I refund or exchange my product?
Due to the nature of the products (individually custom
made), we do not offer returns but rather exchange only.
Exchanges are only accepted if an item’s workmanship
is found defective. All items are carefully checked
for manufacturer’s defects, before packaging and
shipping. All items must be returned in its original
packaging and return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the purchaser. Defective Items must be returned with
a proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods.
All returns must indicate on shipping documents and
on the exterior package “Canadian damaged goods
returned for repair or exchange” or package will
be rejected.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
Customers within Canada will be charged 7% GST. Customers
within Ontario will be charged 8% PST and 7% GST. Customers
outside Canada will not be charged tax.
Is Shopping Online secure?
When dealing with reputable companies, shopping on the
web is as safe as traditional shopping with a credit
card. All the information we collect when you make a
purchase is transferred via secured servers, which encrypts
the data.
We can proudly say that our security is one of our main
focuses. Once the information reaches us, it falls within
our policy of non-disclosure. We will use the information
only for the transaction of processing your order. Read

We will not disclose your information. We appreciate
your business and are committed to maintaining your
privacy. We keep our customer's information private,
and do not share or sell customer information to other

What about insurance?
Our shipping prices do not include insurance. If insurance
is desired, please ask for an estimate in you checkout.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship to most parts of the globe (shipping is
about $25USD).
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. When you submit any personal information (name,
address and credit card) from the "shop online",
the data is sent encrypted over a secure connection

What if I don't feel comfortable providing
my credit card information online?

Why do some of the product colors look different
on my computer?
Please keep in mind that monitors display colors differently.
Try setting your monitor to a resolution of 800 x 600
or higher (1024 x 768, etc.). Check your computer documentation
for the optimum setting for your particular monitor.

or higher and a minimum monitor resolution of 800 x
